Hi everyone! I hope everyone is staying healthy (and sane) during this crazy time. Attached is a list of some at home conditioning ideas for arms, core, legs, and flexibility. Please encourage your girls to work on these while at home to maintain their strength and flexibility. Remind them that their strength is important for learning and improving their skills and that they can use this extra time to push themselves! All conditioning exercises should be done with correct shapes, as this is an important aspect to both their strength and their skills. For exercises that should be completed on both sides (ie. windshield wipers, jumping lunges, etc.), the reps should be done “1,1”.
